Battersea

Battersea is inspiring for newly weds and young couples just starting on the property ladder or new job, or new relationship. Its a place that is safe, full of young people, largely undiscovered fantastic restaurants in Lavender Hill, and fantastic connection to Sloane Sq and Harrods. You are there in 15 minutes by 452 and 137 bus.

I love where I live!

Nice and safe area and close to anywhere
Clapham

Excellent area for young people. Handy for transport. Clapham Road excellent bars, nightlife, socialising. Clapham Common super in summer for chilling with friends... upbeat in many ways.

A little gem of a place sandwiched between Clapham and Brixton. Fantastic tube connections (Victoria and Northern Lines). Central London is only 15 mins away and as there is only one stop after Stockwell you can ALWAYS get a seat on the Victoria line in rush hour. The place has a thriving Portuguese community with great tapas bars. Excellent local pubs to boot as well. What more could you ask for.

This area (STOCKWELL) is cool since you can pretty much get to anywhere from here and its inexpensive to reside...Love iiit!

I have lived in SW8 for 3 years and love it! I feel safe as it's a well lit area and always busy enough to feel safe at Vauxhall station whatever time of day. Better connected than what those north of the river realise! Very up and coming area.

By the river, close to shops, bars and restaurants, this development is respectable and safe.

Central and near many cultural venues.
Vauxhall
-
Very convenient to go everywhere, and plenty of transport.

Vauxhall is a very diverse and urban environment. Its one the most connected areas in London when it comes to getting to every corner. The highlights are the river, city farm, portuguese deli's and cafes, the gay scene, the night life and 2 huge supermarkets.
Its location is borderline zone 1, with trains, buses and tube (victoria line) going all over London. Belgravia is over the bridge as well as Tate Britain, Oval cricket ground a stone's throw, the London Eye a blissful 20 min walk along the river and Battersea Park a short bus ride away.
