The house is situated in the King's Gate development in Amesbury, within walking distance to shops on the estate and the high street in Amesbury. Salisbury is a 15 minute (8 mile) drive. The estate is a quiet and secluded residential area with off road parking.

Bus routes pass by the estate to all major towns and cities nearby.

3 bedroom semi-detached house with one en-suite and two communal bathrooms. Kitchen diner with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. French doors leading to a garden. Spacious lounge with storage cupboard, two large sofas, sideboard and coffee table. Small spare room with a single bed upstairs. The house has high speed broadband, a BT Entertainment Package and Netflix.

The room available can be either furnished or unfurnished. There is currently a new king size bed and large 3 door sliding wardrobe. The room has an en-suite bathroom. I am happy to invest so that you can make the room your own (e. g. put up shelving, paint the room etc.).

There is a newly landscaped garden with a BBQ, 2 person swing, table and chairs, beanbags and a small log cabin for storage of bikes, tools, washing machine etc.

Room rate is £500pcm including all bills which are council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband and TV licence.

Housemate
The other housemate is a 26 year old female who would like somebody who is sociable, willing to spend time together and go out together from time to time.

Friends or partners are welcome to stay over any time.
