Perfect location for anyone working short or long-term within a 30-mile radius of Amesbury, especially for MOD and NHS staff working in Basingstoke, Salisbury, Winchester or Andover. I have a double bedroom with its own bathroom, with a bath and shower. The bedroom is a good size, bright and airy, with a very comfortable double bed, desk, chairs, a wardrobe, a side table and an electric kettle. There is free access to super fast fibre broadband. Sheets and bedding can be included, if required. Bills are included too.

There is a shared living room and kitchen (with a downstairs toilet), and you'd be free to make and prepare your own meals, with cupboard space, access to the cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.

The house is a modern, contemporary, three-story townhouse, with a parking space, a living room and a good-sized kitchen with French windows into the back garden. Amesbury itself is well served with supermarkets, pubs, petrol stations, a post office, a library and cafes. There are lots of great surrounding villages with pubs too. I am just 12 minutes from Salisbury, 15 minutes from Andover and 30 minutes from Basingstoke, with easy access to the A303, the M3 and A36. Good bus routes and timetables to surrounding towns too.

I'm very easy to get on with, work partially from home and have a quiet and clean house, so looking to share with someone professional with the same outlook.
