Quiet Sunny Room in Avebury

I am a geography teacher and work in Reading so I am out all week. Both my children have left home and the room is available, but actually the whole house is available most of the time!
Its in the small hamlet of Avebury Trusloe, walking distance to Avebury, The Red Lion, the Community shop and of course the Stones! The bus stop is 'Avebury Trusloe' and 5 mins walk from the house. There is no road in front of the house, just a path, so its very quiet and peaceful.
Accessibility to Swindon, Devizes, Marlborough are all easy, as is the route to the M4 (20 mins).
The home has a cat, Kate. She is lovely, but needs some company!
Its a clear, well organised space with a boot room/laundry, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a lounge with an open fire. The wifi is superfast broadband and very reliable ( I have been teaching online since December and its fab!)
There is a conservatory with a desk, lovely to work in during warmer months. The garden is well established and really fabulous in the summer.
The room is freshly decorated, with a double bed, drawers, shelves and fitted wardrobe. The blind is a blackout blind as its bright in the summer!
I am looking for a working professional, who is maybe looking for a calm and quiet place to work from.
Parking is on road, and in summer there is a large green we park on (too muddy in winter) - of course the countryside is on the doorstep, and walks in the sacred landscape accessible in moments. It's a special place to live.

The TV has a 'fire stick' and there is a very comfy sofa to recline upon! My 2 grown up kids arrive from time to time, there is a third room which is the guest room, and belongs to any family member who might come for the odd weekend.
Most of the time though, its super quiet, and the home will be peaceful :) I expect it to be respected, kept clean and tidy and enjoyed !!
