Hi. I live in a 4 bedroomed house in Boscombe Down, Amesbury near Salisbury and am looking for lodgers to share the house with me. I have a double and a single room to let. The house is clean, warm, uncluttered and I'm very friendly, considerate and get on well with everyone. The house is in a cul de sac and it's walking distance to Boscombe Down camp and also a short drive to Middle Wallop, Portion Down and Public Health England as well as Salisbury. It is about a couple of minutes drive to the A303.
I am happy to have Monday to Friday lodgers and the rent can be amended to reflect that.
You must be friendly, clean and tidy as well as considerate and nice.
The house was recently put on the market for sale but it's now off the market, hence this advert.
