Bright, airy double room

In an ideal world this would be a Mon-Fri let so that I can have family stay over occasional weekends. But post-covid there are still not so many ppl looking for mon-fri.

Probably looking for a more short term lodger, to allow me more flexibility.

Otherwise, Mon-Fri let in a lovely, friendly town. 10-15min take-your-breath-away walk to railway station. Fast train from Bristol about 25 min. Bath about 10-15min.

Looking for a lodger for a large, ensuite double room (single occupancy).

BoA is an absolutely beautiful place to live, and also only a short drive to Trowbridge for several supermarkets, cinema, shops, cheeky Nandos etc. Great walks nearby.

Bedding, towels provided, furnished.

Looking for someone quiet and friendly, who will generally be content to keep themselves to themselves in their room, unless we're doing something together like film night.

Happy to consider a well behaved pet, though any damage would need to be remedied, and preferably no cats please as there are many in the area and I'm trying to encourage birds into the garden. Have occasional hedgehog visitors as well. Some of my friends keep their cats e. g. indoor at night / bells to protect the wildlife.

Massive garden, so can sit on the patio for breakfast if that's your thing. Or have a plot for some veg if you want to take something on yourself.

Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer space.

It's possible to park off road, but it depends a bit on the size of your car. Otherwise street parking, and outdoor storage available for something like a bike.

Proof of ID needed- passport / drivers license / equivalent. And I use the SpareRoom lodger contract.

Council tax included, as are all bills, but apparently i have to list it. For reference, it's band C.
