Shared use of spacious living/dining room, bathroom and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Garden and shed so storage for bike. The spacious room is well furnished, with double bed and new mattress, plenty of storage space and desk.
Looking for professional male or female, 20-40. Would also rent to student or post-grad.
Initial contract for 3 months and then renewable by negotiation with landlord.
