Off street parking is available on a private drive and there is storage available for bikes etc in a secure garage.

Use of kitchen and all amenities i. e. washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Also use of the conservatory which is complete with sofas and TV.

All bills are included including use of WiFi.

The property is within walking distance of the town centre and has easy access to major towns including Bath and Swindon. Within a couple of minutes walk there is a Tesco Express, Doctors Surgery, Chinese Takeaway, Chemist and a Pub.

This is a friendly family home. We have two teenage sons, the eldest is away at university and only home during holidays, and two very friendly little dogs.

Smoking is allowed - but only outside in the garden.

The room has been rented out over the last twelve months and sadly our existing lodger is now moving on and will be leaving at the end of March. The room is therefore available from beginning of April. Viewings are of course welcome - please contact to arrange.
