LOCATION:
The house is within 15 minutes’ walk of Chippenham town centre and its train station, with easy road access out to neighbouring towns, including Bath (8 miles away). If you work in Swindon, Bath or Bristol the train will zip you there in 20, 15 or 30 minutes respectively – great if you want the city life but without the city prices!

THE OCCUPANTS:
You'll be sharing with people who appreciate a high standard of modern living and enjoy living sociably. They also don’t want expense of paying for their own property or the hassle of maintaining and managing it!

THE HOUSE:
There are five bedrooms (one with En-Suite), two bathrooms, and a stylish open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.

Maximum storage has been provided with lift up ottoman beds and each room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table.

We provide a super quick broadband service to support your home working or streaming services together with a Smart TV in the living area.

Our residents have their own cupboards, shelves and / or drawers for personal food and possessions.

The property and the entire house is fitted out with fire doors and fire alarms for your safety, with each bedroom room having its own lock to ensure your privacy is maintained.

SERVICES AND BILLS:
ALL bills are included, including the broadband, council tax and gas/elec etc.
We also provide a regular cleaning service for the shared areas and a have a maintenance company to keep everything shipshape and who also maintain the garden .

There is a gas hob, a high- powered microwave and a traditional fan oven complete with cooking utensils. BATHING
Our house has two bathrooms so you will only share with a maximum of two other people, as one of the rooms has an en-suite . Plenty of hot water is delivered on demand from the powerful boiler in the garage, you should never have a cold shower.

There’s a parking space on the property itself, with plenty of unrestricted parking on along the street as well as plenty of on-street parking olong the adjacent road.

There is a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent, this will be held for 7 days whilst process your application. This will be refunded against your first months rent.
