Newly furnished en-suite room available!

I have recently purchased my house which is only 8 years old but has been slightly updated so is in immaculate condition. It is a 2 story eco-home with 3 bedrooms. The room which I am looking to rent is the master with ensuite which overlooks the garden.

The room comes with a bed, bedside table, large mirror wardrobe and a tall draw unit. Within the communal areas, there is a 50” 4k TV, washing machine, condenser dryer, dishwasher and larger kitchen/diner. with a lot of cupboard space. All bills are included (water, gas, electricity and council tax.)

I currently work weekdays in marketing and commute to Bath via train as the station is only a 8 minute walk away. Anyone coming here will have access to parking spaces, use of garage/shed and easy access to both the town and the train station.

The house is kept very clean and I would be looking for someone who moves in to help keep it that way. There is a lovely cleaner who comes in once a week to do a deep clean. I have two little kittens who are very well behaved and will be indoor cats - they will only be allowed into the communal areas, but something to be aware of - I have added photos.
