Comes fully furnished, rent is £650, which the landlords do not want to change as it will cost money to change the contract, which is great as rent is much cheaper then other properties next door.
I am a very clean and tidy person and I dont tend to have partys in the house.
All paper work is done through Allen and Harris but the landlord is happy for me to advertise for a room mate on here.
As far as I'm aware its £50 to change the name on the contract and £100 for a reference.
