Double room in happy professional house share

Fully furnished double room available with TV and built in wardrobe for long term or short term rent in fun and humorous young professional house full of technology. Dedicated lodger bathroom next door with toilet + basin + bath/shower. All bills included. Gigabit internet (fibre to the doorstep).

My name is Guy, my partner Fiona and I are live in landlords with one existing lodger and two dogs. We're all pretty nerdy and communicate in a mix of Tick-Tock memes, Peep Show references and fast food orders. We love a laugh and are looking for someone else who doesn't take life too seriously. The house is kept relatively clean, and we're always redecorating something so it's often changing (in a good way!). I work from home, with occasional work trips, so there is usually always someone at home.

My son (4yrs) stays every other weekend so every now and then expect to find some impressive Brio + Lego train layouts on the living room floor (we both know who has more fun putting those together...).

House has 2x vacuum robots, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, Philips hue smart bulbs and google nests in every room. We're big fans of robot slave labour.

No preference with age and flexible with gender, but would prefer female so that Fiona isn't totally out numbered. Ideally just want to find a person who's fun to live with!
