Quiet double room available

I have a double room available in my house which sits behind and over a shop.

The shop is one of those that might have half a dozen customers a day so there’s no noise etc but when it’s open, the ladies who work there might use the microwave to heat their lunch or the fridge to put the milk in they want to take home.

The house is 3 beds but only 1 other person will live in. Rental includes all bills (no telephone or tv licence) and we have the fastest BT fibre wireless broadband available. The house is well furnished with all the usual appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tumble drier, Quooker boiling water tap, fridge freezer etc). Downstairs, there’s a decent kitchen / living room with a breakfast bar. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 not used) and a lovely bathroom with large separate shower. There’s no parking on site but plenty of street parking around. If you smoke at all, please don't even inquire.

Close to local shop, chippy and barber and on a bus route into town. Walking distance to pubs with great meal deals, take-aways and a Tesco, doctors & chemist, cash point etc.
Public transport links: bus (Swindon, Bath, Bristol, Devizes, Calne, Marlborough, Melksham, Malmesbury etc) 3 minutes walk. Railway station (Bath, Bristol, Swindon, London etc.) 15-20 minutes walk or take the bus. M4 motorway is 8 minutes drive to junction 17.
