The room is on the first floor and the bathroom will be shared with owner. It has a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet
Communal use of the kitchen and dining area including electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.
Own car parking space provided.
All bills included: water, electric and gas.
Close to local amenities: Train Station, Leisure Centre, Supermarket and Public House
Tenant must be accepting of dogs as household has a 4 year old Cocker Spaniel but he is kept out of the communal areas
Apart from myself there is currently one other male tenant who stays 2 nights a week
Strictly no smokers as smoking is not permitted
