Double for rent in Chirton, views of the common at the front and panoramic view over fields from the lounge. Good access to the main road but far enough away that you can't hear it.

Both rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk.

The kitchen utensils are all there for everyone so don't worry if you don't have plates, pots or cutlery.
The appliances are also new, and the fridge has an ice maker which is perfect for hot weather.

Pets are allowed, subject to Blue and I meeting them of course. For dogs there are lots of bridleways and walking paths to enjoy, as well as a massive garden to sniff around in. For cats this is a very safe neighborhood with lots of open fields and not much traffic, there is even a 3 legged kitty who hops around outside. I have a dual scan microchip catflap so if you have an indoor or outdoor kittycat they can be catered to individually, and we don't have to worry about strays breaking in.

Parking is available in the form of a large line of bays, I have never struggled to get parked.
Perfect for professionals looking to put down roots in the area without having to worry about the roof over their heads.

I am a live-in landlady who works from home during the week, so I am right there if you have any issues or ever need any advice about the area.

This house is around 14mins from the train station in Pewsey, 7mins from Devizes and has a bus stop at the end of the close.
