We have a large double room becoming available on the 1st September. We are two friends living in a 4 bed house in Durrington. Large kitchen and living room areas, small garden out the back, bathroom and shower. Please see pictures attached, the bed in the room is a king size bed still leaving plenty of room. Room will be unfurnished but negotiable to furnish ourselves if needed, the rest of the house is furnished. Very laid back easy people to get on with, we’re happy to have social evenings all together but also easy to have your own personal space in the house. £500 deposit and rent is £450pcm, including bills. We have sky and broadband. Garage out the back that is a small gym, parking is available out the front and back of the property. Shops within walking distance. Regular buses to Salisbury, Amesbury, Andover. The room has become available due to a house mate moving out so replacement is needed, there are two springer spaniels living here too but they are very well trained and very loving!
