Studio + ensuite self contained completely private

Decking

The accommodation is a light, spacious studio accessed via a flight of 13 external stairs. This gives on to a large decking area which overlooks the surrounding countryside. It is completely private, quiet and peaceful. The studio has a kitchen, shower room, double bed and a seating area inside and a spacious seating des king area.
The kitchen section has a microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped. I am happy to add any other equipment I Maithili have in my kitchen. There are plenty of sockets and 2 USB ports. There is a television, bookcase, desk, futon and armchairs. There is a combi boiler for instant hot water, mains fitted smoke alarm and gas central heating. There is no washing machine but I am happy to do one load a week for a small charge.
I am looking for someone who is self-sufficient, clean, tidy, friendly and respectful of our privacy. The Studio occupies the space above a double garage and I live with my husband in the house.
The accommodation is available immediately, preferably for long term. It would suit a single person perfectly. I would favourably consider renting to someone who might be weekly commuting regularly.
