Room is upstairs at front of house (on a quiet street) and has shared use of upstairs bathroom (toilet, basin, bath and separate shower). Lodger is welcome to use downstairs kitchen for cooking (shared with other household members), but there is also a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster available for lodger use on landing upstairs. The accommodation would suit a professional or student looking for a short/mid term room during the working week close to Swindon/South Cotswolds. Pre-booking/viewing visit preferred.
