We are a warm considerate professional couple and we are offering a private double room on the ground floor of our house.
The room is split into two, it has a bedroom and a living room and is completely secure and private for you within our house.
Our house is located on the edge of Grange Park in a very quiet cul-de-sac, our property is 3 minutes walk to the bus stop, 10 minutes drive to Swindon centre and 5 minutes drive to J16 M4. You can walk to beautiful Lydiard Park in two minutes.

The entrance to the room is off the kitchen and has its own lock for your privacy, the Kitchen is shared including all white goods and you will be allocated your own storage.
There are two WC’s and one bathroom both are shared, the bathroom is fitted with a large “rain fall shower” and jacuzzi bath..
Every two weeks we have a house cleaner who will clean you room if required for no extra charge.
Our room is available now and look forward to sharing it with a trustworthy professional individual, we are not asking for any deposit just your first months rent when you move in.
Free off road parking.
All bills are included in your monthly rent.
