Elegant double room available (single occupancy only) 5 mins drive from Malmesbury town, 20 minutes walk. About 35 minutes walk to / from Dyson.

You will ideally be a professional seeking lodgings away from your normal place of residency. Someone who is a critical thinker would be ideal.

I offer a clean, good sized room with built in wardrobe, set of drawers and a computer table with access to wifi together with a TV connected up to a firestick. The house is in a quiet residential area, by the river. Everyone who's stayed here has loved it!

The available room overlooks the river and a field. There is off road parking available.

I have one medium sized elderly dog who does need care and attention so if you're a dog lover that's ideal.

The area is friendly and the development is about 13 years old. It is a 20 minute walk into Malmesbury town, about half an hour walk or 5 mins drive from Dyson. The neighbours here look out for each other too.

I am a friendly, easy-going professional female working from home. I work as a part time psychotherapist.

My daughters (currently aged 28 and 31) are occasional visitors and so the bathroom may on occasion be shared but otherwise the first floor is yours.

Share of the kitchen / lounge is included along with fridge / cupboard space and cooking facilities if / when required..
