The flat will be fully furnished, comprises of a lounge, double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, fitted kitchen and bathroom / ensuite. The bed in the picture has been sold, but another bed will be replacing it! There is a flat above which is currently occupied.
The rent will be £650 pcm, all bills apart from electricity are included.
We live on the premises but the flat is separate from our house.
