Me and my partner moved into our new build house in Melksham in March. We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful tenant to rent out one of the rooms on the top floor. You will be the only person living on the top floor as the other room is used for our belongings. The bathroom on the top floor will be for your personal use. The house is a 15 minute walk away from Melksham city centre with good travel links. We have a 6 month old Labrador puppy called Wally who is very friendly and would love to have someone at home if we are both at work. We have a spacious garden and parking with a garage for storage if needed. The room is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, laundry basket, a wardrobe and an extra storage cupboard.
