Family Home with room to rent

We reside in Porton Village not to far (1 mile) from DSTL, PHE & Porton Down-only 6 miles away from Salisbury with a 4 bedroom house with room to rent.

We are an easy going, friendly gay married couple with good sense of humour (Debateable). We are a family unit made up of 4 Labradors, (Honey, Jasper, Kady & Lola) 2 aquariums and garden home of 10 chickens & 12 ducks.

Our Home consists of:

We have a spacious double room with built in storage and is currently furnished with a large double bed, desk and storage. This also comes with a vanity unit with hot and cold running water.

We have a large kitchen, separate dining room and shared living room, there are two WC (upstairs and downstairs), shared bathroom with shower and bath, large back garden with patio area, and a very large driveway for parking.

We would like to welcome in to our home someone who is professional, sociable person who likes animals.

We do require two references - one professional and one character, a deposit as security (which can be used either towards your final months rent or be reimbursed) and a months rent up front.
