A bright newly decorated single room is available now. The house hold consists of a married couple. We have happily house shared with others for over 4 years but sadly have now moved on. We are easy going and respectful of others and their privacy, so just ask the same in return. The applicant must be a non smoker, employed and be happy to share the home with a well behaved dog. Use of kitchen\diner, conservatory, garden and pool. All bills and broadband included. There is a good bus service running to the city centre if you don't have a car otherwise we do have off street parking .
