We have a large double room available now in our property at Old Sarum. The house is a stones throw from Salisbury City Centre, Porton down and Boscombe down and is light, modern and spacious.

This room is large and spacious with a shared bathroom with only one other person, you wouldn't be disappointed! Comes with king size bed, desk + chair, wardrobe, 2 x windows to front of the property allowing the room to be lovely and light.

The household is sociable, friendly and tidy. The current occupants are professionals who work nearby. Current housemates occupy the one room on the top floor (own bathroom) and the other room on the first floor.

Wireless internet, sky TV and a weekly cleaner is all included. Rent including bills is £450.

Full free use of everything in the house as well as the garden (maintained by tenants - mower inc). Garage available for small storage i. e. bike.

1 month deposit and 1 months rent in advance please.
