Quiet house tucked away in central Salisbury

The house is in the centre of Salisbury though positioned down a mews so is surprisingly quiet and private. It is an old house (1820s) which has tonnes of character and exposed brickwork. It also has a roof terrace which is great, particularly in the summer. I have recently renovated the house (new kitchen, bathroom wooden flooring, freshly decorated) so everything is in perfect working order. However it does mean that I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, trustworthy and would take good care of the place.

The room available is on the first floor fully furnished. There is one shared bathroom. All bills are included. There is on-street permit parking.

As for me I am technically a live-in-landlord though I stay in London at least 5 days a week. I work quite a lot though enjoy cycling or going to the pub. I like to think that I am quite considerate (ie not too messy or noisy etc) and would hope to live with someone similar in that respect. The other tenant, is very lovely and considerate and in her mid 20s.

I enjoy socialising and meeting new people and have lived with some great people in the past through SpareRoom, both as a tenant and landlord.
