Lovely double room / cat friendly lodger required

Hello,

I have a nice double room available for a female lodger in my Victorian terrace home. It is medium size with a lovely large bed, a huge double wardrobe with loads of storage and a lovely bay window facing east which catches the morning sun.

Access to the room is via Japanese style sliding doors, so this won't suit someone who needs a room where you can lock the door.

Bathroom is shared between three, toilet between two.

The rest of the house is light and very spacious with lots of room (and rooms) to entertain, watch TV, hang out, cook, whatever you like doing!

The sitting room is lovely but not much used, and has a TV with Virgin media.

There are two of us, myself and a 22 year-old lady who works away a lot of the time.

I'm a teacher and fairly independent and busy, with periods of being at home and lot and then not much at all. I may be away a lot in the Spring 2019, so a crucial factor is that I'm looking for someone who might be happy to feed the cat when Im away (only if you're at home!) My cat is very cute and loves company so definitely a cat fan is required!
