This room is available from from the 19th August. Sunday evening/Monday to Friday only. Double room for single occupancy. We are well located for contract works at Porton Down. A perfect base while working away from home. The room is large with a wash basin chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. There is a large bathroom next door however occasionally my visiting older children may use at weekends. We have good free WiFi and a TV in the room. I have recently had a new wool carpet fitted. Lodger's have full use of our kitchen but also have their own fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle upstairs. There is safe free street parking close to the house from 4pm to 10am, permits can be issued for occasional times..

Our home is well located close to the city centre (7 mins walk), leisure centre, Waitrose and riverside pub are all within a 5 min walk. I provide a duvet, pillows and linen. I am happy at no extra charge to wash linen and a room/bathroom clean if wanted.

There is one other lodger. The top floor of the house is for sole use of the lodgers. My husband and I have three children who are now at working in London. We have a small dog called Wilbur. We are easy going and have a happy friendly household.

The room is only suitable for non smokers.
