There are two rooms on the second floor, one smaller than the other, two on the first floor, both big but one bigger than the other, and a communal bathroom. One lovely bright airy room on the ground floor is a communal sitting cum dining room, with a large kitchen, wet room with shower and loo and back door to a small courtyard garden for smokers or just chilling outside.. many of the rooms could be double or single, £20 extra for couples to cover the extra hot water etc..
