It’s a solid and light house with thick walls and has central heating and double glazing throughout. The house has a large bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower, a downstairs toilet, a large, fully kitted kitchen/diner with plenty of storage space and the usual white goods. A good sized living room, great for entertaining, with plenty of seating and is a great space to relax or socialise. It also has a front patio area and a garden with shed. You’re also welcome to use some of the storage space in the boarded and well-lit attic.

I’m a caring and relaxed live-in landlord looking for a professional who is considerate and tidy who could socialise and feel at home. I’m happy to pop on Netflix, play games or bimble to the pub. And I don’t have any kids or pets.
