Spacious Double Room In Family Home

We love living in our characterful Victorian house with our 2 teenage daughters and cat. But we are finding it is too big for us now that our 4 sons have all gone to university! Most of the time we have 4 empty bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor! You will have a very large quiet room with a small kitchenette to yourself and adjoining the room (not ensuite) is a bright bathroom with shower that occasionally we might ask you to share if one of the boys comes home. Usually you would have the whole top floor to yourself (and we would consider renting out a second room if you are a couple and want more space but would re adjust the price). The house is very big so it will feel very private up there! We are looking for a friendly, quiet lodger who will be self contained up at the top whilst sharing the front door, hallways and stairs with us. You would have access to the washing machine which is in the cellar. We ask that you don't have any overnight guests please because we want to maintain the feeling of a family home for ourselves and our daughters. .
