Large Double Room

Hey,

I am offering a double room for rent in a clean and quiet 3 bed house share (that I currently own and live in).

📍 The house is located in Salisbury, approximately a 30 minute walk away from the heart of Salisbury and the train station. Bus links via the R1 route are available and only a short 2 minute walk from the house!

ℹ️ The room is fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.). The following are included:

- Utilities/ water, electric
- Council tax
- 200mb full fiber broadband

The kitchen is fully furnished (plates, mugs, pots, cutlery etc). The house has 1 bathroom, 1 toilet.

I'm an easy going, neat and quiet housemate who is always up for a chat but also appreciate a bit of downtime. I enjoy a variety of things from going to the gym regularly, playing sports, reading, photography, surfing, playing video games and more recently due to the lock down, yoga!
Ideally as long as you are neat and respect everyone's privacy, we should be all good.
