All bills are included excluding electricity which is calculated and paid quarterly; this obviously fluctuates depending on usage but generally averages about £70/month which split between 2 is about £35.
It would be a flat share with my existing tenant who is lovely, 25 year old female that enjoys outdoor activity and works hard Mon-Fri.
