Double bedroom with sole use of bathroom to rent!

Hello,

I am looking for a trustworthy, responsible, neat and tidy professional female (24-30) to
rent my lovely double bedroom on the first floor with almost exclusive use of bathroom next door to the bedroom. No Couples!!

The bedroom has an antique double bed, hanging space, a chest of drawers (which could
be used as a desk) and a TV with
free view. )

The Victorian terraced house was fully renovated late last year and has a separate snug room, fully fitted kitchen and double reception room with log burner and small pretty south facing garden.

The house is situated on a quite residential street in Lower Bemerton with free street parking (1st come first served). All utility bills including the Wi-Fi in rent of £675 per calendar month. Train station 15 mins walk and the city Center 20 mins walk!

I am a female 27 year old Teaching Assistant. I prefer to live in a quiet house, but I am sociable & friendly and will respect your space and privacy.
