The Room

Single room (single bed) in shared 7 bedroom licensed HMO House. Landlady lives in the house. House is drug free and shared with 5 working professionals. No prejudice on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, color, nationality or age.
Room is 375 monthly (350 plus 25 for housekeeping (Cleaning things, loo roll, etc.)
10 minutes walk to City Centre.

Looking for a 6th House Member, who must be drug free and have full time employment , the house members enjoy High speed Wi-Fi, TV and music room, second sitting room used as gym/xbox room. Guest room for visiting guests to sleep over. Spacious Kitchen and and Dinning area for 8 people.
Balcony area and large paved Garden with garden sound system and bar, BBQ, fire pit, summer above ground Swimming pool, we also host an annual charity event, and raise thosands of pounds for various charities each year.

Looking for a friendly, outgoing, social, drug free housemate who would like to become part of the house.
The house is generally quite during the week, weekends tend to be more social.

Smoking is only allowed in the Garden.
The house has a mix of smoker and non smokers.
