Nicely furnished single room, new carpet and windows, a few minutes walk from train station located in a quiet one way street. On street permit parking. City centre 5 minutes walk. Airy house with plenty of living space and patio garden. Bedroom is newly double glazed and has a single bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a desk with further drawers and a stool. Live in landlady is happy doing all the housework! We both work full time and are quiet housemates who tend to keep ourselves to ourselves but love to chat when we happen to meet. We seek a like minded quiet person. The house is peaceful and we keep it clean and tidy. Downstairs there is a lounge, a spacious study with sofa and there is also a separate dining room overlooking the garden. Neither of us do much cooking other than to prepare our evening meal. A microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher and all the usual kitchen appliances and utensils are provided. Tea, coffee, cooking oils, herbs and spices and washing liquids provided as standard. Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels can also be provided. We are looking for a like minded full time working professional lady to join this happy household. The deposit of £500 is made up of £100 refundable deposit and your last month's rent. Rent is then payable monthly in advance.
