Large Double En-Suite

This room is available from Monday to Friday with some flexibility but not a 7 nights a week. We can also be flexible on occasional weekend stays by arrangement. A perfect base while working away from home. The room is available from the 5th January. The room is large with an ensuite. .We have good free WiFi and a TV point in the room though no TV is provided.
Lodger's have full use of our kitchen but also have their own fridge and microwave upstairs. There is safe free street parking close to the house from 4pm to 10am. We are on Castle Road which has good access to Porton Down, Boscombe and High Post.
Our home is well located close to the city centre (7 mins walk), leisure centre, Waitrose and riverside pub are all within a 5 min walk. Easy access to Porton Down.
I provide a duvet, pillows and linen. I am happy at no extra charge to wash linen and a room clean if wanted.

The household comprises of myself, my husband and two other lodgers. Our university age children come home from time to time. We also have a small friendly dog. We only take lodgers over the age of 25.
