I have a good sized double room available for rent in our 4 bedroomed house in a pleasant quiet location in Old Sarum.

House is situated within easy routes to Porton Down/ Bulford/ Larkhill/ Hospital/ A303 etc.

Looking to rent out to a clean, respectable and tidy person.

The bedroom is comfortable and very clean. It has one double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table and TV - single occupancy only.

Broadband/WiFi available and free to use - All bills included bar land line.

Gardens front and back which can be used for smoking if necessary.

Garage storage for bikes.

The house is friendly and comfortable with shared use of kitchen. Bathroom is not en-suite but it is sole use and next to the bedroom.

There is ample parking and a bus stop at the end of the road.

Rent is 475pcm Mon-Fri. May consider 7 day let if there are occasional weekends away.

Please note - we have one friendly small dog.

Deposit = £300
Minimum term = 3 months
All we ask is 1 months notice
