Friendly shared terrace house in Clifton Road. The two present tenants are very welcoming. Shared facilities include living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC plus a separate WC. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, electric cooker, fridge freezers and microwave. The house has gas central heating and hot water.

Wifi available throughout the property. TV points in all rooms, tenants to arrange their own TV licence.

The rooms available at the moment are furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

5 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk from city centre. Frequent bus service runs from the end of the road to city centre, train station and hospital. On-street parking permits can be purchased from the local council.

House within easy walking distance of a major supermarket and other local shops and the Leisure Centre (with swimming pool, gym and other sporting facilities). There is also a park nearby and riverside walks.

The house has the benefit of a private paved patio garden with chairs and table provided for sitting out. There is also a lockable shed for storing bikes, etc.

The rent includes the following bills - gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband and window cleaning. The landlord ensures that the house is well maintained at all times and any queries or issues the tenants may have will be addressed in a timely and professional manner.
