1 double room 5 mins from Salisbury city centre

I am looking for a very clean, quiet and eco-friendly lodger to take my spare double room. The house is 10 minutes from Salisbury City centre (Bishopdown) with Aldi etc. on the doorstep; soon to be an Asda down the road too.

I have my own bathroom so you would virtually have the 'family' bathroom to yourself. I can provide duvets and bed sheets if needed and generally try to provide what individuals need.

I have a small garden and a shed with a bike rack. I also have a quiet and friendly pointer-beagle rescue dog. I am a very quiet person and tend to keep myself to myself as I get very tired from work.

I am looking for a non-smoker who is very clean, quiet and respectful. For example, it absolutely fine to leave washing up for a day or so aslong as it's in one area and the clean parts of the kitchen remain clean. And it's no problem at all to come in late asking as you are a bit of a ninja after 10pm. Preferably I would like someone who is also eco-friendly e. g. doesn't waste electricity, and composts.

I can also offer the room week days only for £550 pcm. Female preferably.
