Single room available in Swindon (SN2)

Living room

I have a 3rd floor, 2 bedroom flat with a single room of a decent size available. The flat has 1 shower and a toilet in an ensuite in my room and another toilet and a bath off the hallway. Decent size living area with a desk. I have Sky Sports, fibre broadband and a PS4. I do have a bike in the hallway but there is plenty of space regardless. Accepting people from mid September once the 2nd bedroom nice, tidy and liveable.

The area is for the most part quiet. There is a posh pub just a 1 min walk away and a designer retail outlet 5 mins away. It is a 20 min walk to the railway station and to the town centre/old town. It is also close to a leisure centre, bowling etc at Shaw Ridge. Also within 10 mins drive of lydiard park and gym's are very close by. The M4 is just a 5 min drive from junction 16.

A bit more about myself, I am a professional accountant and work in Swindon Monday to Friday, normal 9 to 5 job. I am a keen cyclist and normally out of the house at least one day of the weekend. I also have family in Reading so I can be there some of the time. I like football and F1, sports in general. I'm a relaxed guy, enjoys a laugh and a drink from time to time, been told I'm a good listener, can get on with most people.
