This house has communal kitchens with appliances, utensils and cooking equipment provided.

Rooms are fully furnished, with 32” Freeview smart LCD TV, double beds and mattresses, bedside table/s, chest of drawers, desk (in some rooms) and wardrobe.

Virgin Fibre optic broadband with Fast Wi-Fi included throughout the house. We have installed cat5 cabling so each room can plug directly into router and we have hard wired wifi booster on each floor of the house to maintain the best signal.

Professional cleaner comes twice week for Kitchen and communal areas.

Keysafe system for every room and front door if keys are ever lost so you have instant access via a security code.

Property Manager is available 24/7 in case of emergencies.

£300 deposit needed, and the rest of the days left in the month you move in paid up front.
