The room is the largest in the house and is south facing so during sunrise it’s beautifully bright and warm, has a brand new bed and new memory foam mattress, also has access points to a tv connection along with 200mbps internet.
The kitchen does need modernising but it more than capable of doing whatever it is you may need doing!
I’d rather someone around my age but it’s honestly not a deal breaker :)
I should note I don’t intend to fill the 3rd bedroom so will be plenty space all over!
