The Rooms:-
Each room is fully furnished in a new contemporary style, comprising of a Bed ( bedding can be provided at a small charge), Desk and Chair, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Chair, Lamps, Mirrors, Pictures etc. (some rooms have more than this). As we like our tenants to feel at home.
The Communal areas include:-
Kitchen – complete with full use of Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridges and Freezers, Cooker and Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster etc., all Crockery, Cooking Pans and Utensils are provided.
Lounge - Large on the wall Smart TV, seating area, coffee table.

The houses are well run, clean, tidy and benefits from a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas, swapping out tea towels and bath mats as they go.
Along with a maintenance team ensuring all areas are well looked after and standards remain high, with any issues being resolved timely too.
