3 Large Double En-suite Rooms available for couples. This house is located a 20 minute walk to the bus and train stations and the town centre. All bills are included in the price and all rooms are fully furnished. There is also free parking at the back of the property.

THE BEDROOM:
This double en-suite room contains a double bed, chest of draws, waredrobe, desk, chair, 32'' smart TV, bedside table and a bedside lamp. In the en-suite bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. There is also super-fast 200MB WI-FI available in rooms and throughout the property. The room also contains a hard-wired point for internet too.

COMMUNAL AREAS:
There is a modern kitchen fully equipped with an 8 burner range double cooker, two fridge-freezers, plenty of cupboard space, one washing machine and one tumble dryer. Also included in the kitchen are all utensils, pots, pans, cutlery etc.
The lounge is connected to the kitchen and contains two sofas, a smart TV, a table and chairs.

There is a weekly communal cleaner and bath matt and tea towel replacement service. We also have a 24 hour call out maintenance team.

The deposit is £550.
