As it says above, renting out my spare bedroom. It’s well furnished as a bedroom/living space. No chair for the desk, since most people prefer their own, but happy to purchase one after you move in if you don’t have one. One month’s rent required upfront, and a month’s rent as a security deposit.

A little about me: I'm a fairly quiet person, I have my headphones in 95% of the time, and spend most of my free time reading or writing. I cook fairly often, and would be more than happy to have someone taste-test my concotions (no pressure of course!).
