ROOM LAYOUT - we have room ensuite options and full studios with built in kitchenettes, so no need to use the communal spaces!

We have even built in an ethernet point behind each desk so you have the option to hardwire in too, but with super rapid Virgin Business wifi the connection will never drop out on you.

With bespoke wood effect tiling for the shower cubicle, black accents throughout and sand coloured tiling on the floor to match we hope that we can make those early morning get readies a little more enjoyable!

All Units come with our signature Double Midnight Navy upholstered bed with memory foam mattress on the plush grey carpeting, ensuring you have the best nights sleep, and with industrial style bedside tables with more touch sensitive gold lamps you don’t even need to get up to switch off the lights!

All units come with 32” smart TV too so you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows, and with the roller black out blinds you can really have the best cinematic experience!

Plus with astro-turf garden, the weather is never a problem with keeping the garden looking pristine all year round!

STUDIO 5 – This Studio Is perfect for anyone that wants a bit more privacy but still would like the option of not having to fully cook in their studio!

This studio is located on the first floor and is the 3rd door right at thee end of the corridor.

As soon as you enter on your right hand side you will be greeted by your own kitchenette.

This has all integrated appliances in our grey wood effect and black accented cupboards and with your own Microwave, toaster, kettle, Washer/dryer and full height Fridge/freezer (equivalent to one whole communal fridge/freezer) you have al you need to make a quick meal!

The only things you may want to use in the communal kitchen is the oven and 4 burner hob, but with the full height fridge and freezer you can keep all our own foods separate.
This Kitchenette in particular has LOADS of cupboard space, so more than enough to keep everything all in one place!

The Kitchenette has Geometric ceramic tiling as the flooring, allowing for easy clean up and to protect the plush Grey Carpeting in the rest of the studio!

There are 2 massive windows in this studio, allowing for plenty of natural light to keep the studio airy, and with the residential view it really can wake you up in the morning!
All our windows come fitted with Blackout Blinds to help create a cosy space once drawn to, or the perfect place to get a real cinematic experience!

The 32” smart TV is located between the 2 windows on a swivel bracket, so you can watch from any point in the room, and with the workstation desk just underneath, it will never act as a distraction!

The desk is industrial style with plenty of surface space for a real set up, with touch sensitive gold caged industrial style lamp to match (that also has extra charging ports so you don’t have to compromise on space) and Ethernet point built in behind it, you always have the options to hardwire!

The house is fully built with Virgin Business so the connection is really strong, perfect for any that work from home.

As you carry on along the wall you will come to your midnight navy upholstered double bed with memory foam mattress, this bed is perfect for getting the best nights sleep and the perfect place to watch any of your favourite shows or Films!

The backdrop to the bed is our classic Brett Property wood wall panelling, helping to add another layer of soundproofing, and with the bedside table with another touch sensitive lamp on top, you don’ t even need to lift a finger to switch out the lights.
The Ensuite is GORGEOUS!

With Wood effect tiling as the splashback of the Black accented rainfall shower head with detachable hose, it nicely pairs with the rest of the studio.

The flooring and walls are in a stunning sandstone tile effect to bring some warmth for those early morning rises, and with toilet and sink unit including wood effect Vanity storage, you have the perfect place to keep all of your toiletries close.
The mirror is even LED light up, just to keep the space as bright as we can!

Finally, the best part of the studio is the built in wardrobe!
