We will have a large double room available in our beautiful family home situated in a desirable old town location opposite Town Gardens.

This room is located on the lower ground level of the house, with separate entrance, shower room, kitchen and large shared living room shared with 1 other person, basically the equivalent of a large spacious 2 bedroom flat.

The room and shared areas are fully furnished and in immaculate order, and include Virgin Media TV with sky sports and internet access.

We are only looking to let on a monday-friday basis, so we are looking for s professional, probably a contractor who works away from home during the week. Walking distance to Nationwide offices.
