Rent is £450/m which includes all the bills. £450 deposit. Reduce rent for a Mon-Fri lodger.

I have off road parking and there is also on road parking, but it is a quiet road, no through traffic.
10 Min walk to Town Center, Train & Bus station. Outlet Village is within walking distance. The M4 is a short drive away, junction 15 or 16.

I am a 47 year old non-smoking, non drinking, professional male, looking for a like minded lodger, I have previously been a lodger so I know what it is like to be a lodger, and how important it is to have a friendly, clean and peaceful place to live. I am DBS checked for my work and the volunteering I do.

Nice home to relax in after a day at work without having to share with multiple people. It's a cosy place, easy to keep clean. I sometimes go away at weekends (pet sitting or walking weekends).

Due to COVID l am fortunate to work from home and at the office (but mainly the office).
