**THE HOUSE**
An end terraced house with off road parking and a garden area. The house has a modern kitchen, living and dining area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and all utensils such as pans etc., are supplied.

**SERVICES AND AMENITIES*
We provide a TV in all of our rooms, high-speed wifi and a hard wired internet point in every room. A cleaner attends on a weekly basis and a gardener keeps the garden area tidy and free from weeds .We also collect, change and wash the house's bath mats and tea towels every week. All bills are also included.

*THE HOUSEMATES**
All of our housemates are professional. Each house is mixed and we reference all of our tenants to maintain a happy and enjoyable shared environment in the house.
